Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes. We encrypt your credit card information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a key or lock icon at the bottom of your browser window.

Which credit cards or payment types do you accept?

We accept credit cards including American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and VISA. In addition, Paypal is also available.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card during regular business hours. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.

What happens after I place an order?

When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a confirmation page, containing your Order ID number, customer and order details. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed.

You will also receive an email confirmation containing the same details. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you would like to check your status of an existing order, you may contact us using any of the following methods:

How are delivery and shipping charges determined?

Do you offer delivery outside the continental United States?

Yes, Greenfield Flower Shop provides delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, as well as to a number of countries including Canada, the UK, Germany, Mexico, Japan, and many more. Visit our International Flower Delivery page for more details.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, most items that are delivered by our shop are available for same-day delivery. Be sure to place your order by 1:00PM CT to insure same-day delivery. FTD and Teleflora selections that are marked with a small “clock” icon are available for same-day delivery. Be sure to place your order by 2:00PM in the recipient’s time zone.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax (5.6%) will be collected on all florist-delivered orders in Wisconsin.

2. Click on the Check my RepeatRewards Points Now link towards the bottom of the left column.
   
3. You will be redirected to a login page, asking you to enter your RepeatRewards username and password. Click "login"and you will see your points balance reflected.
